Meet the Envision Athens Steering Committee

By December 15, 2016News

A 38-member Steering Committee has been formed to guide the Envision Athens planning process. The group is representative of the community’s many diverse interests. The group had their kick- off meet at the beginning of November and will continue to meet regularly throughout the duration of the project. They will be helping to guide the substantive parts of the process as well as helping to spread the word and inviting people to get involved. The group has formed two sub-teams responsible for outreach and communications to ensure that everyone in Athens-Clarke County has the chance to get involved and have their voice heard.
