About Nuci’s Space
Nuci’s Space advocates for and helps to alleviate the suffering for those living with a brain illness and fights to end the stigma of mental illness, focusing on musicians. They maintain a health and resource center for musicians as a safe space to seek support and guidance and provide access to affordable and obstacle-free health care.

Suicide Prevention QPR Training
Nuçi’s Space will speak about their mission of suicide prevention and one of the core ways they do that: QPR Gatekeeper Training. QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer and in this introduction to their QPR program, Kara and Corey will share information about suicide statistics, dispelling myths about suicide, and how to approach suicide prevention in our day to day lives and conversations, as well as how substance use and abuse can impact the risk of suicide. There will be time allowed for questions, as well as an opportunity to register for one of Nuçi’s Space’s upcoming QPR Gatekeeper Training sessions, which are free to the public.
